Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesA great place to live. Many amenities are available at ground level to include a coffee shop, dentist, wellness office, Kid Create studio, etc.. The staff and maintenance are kind, attentive, and quick to ensure our needs are met. The complex holds events often as an opportunity to get to know your neighbors events include happy hours at local restaurants, morning coffee, food drives, toys for tots donations… truly an above and beyond feeling experience.
The only reason I can’t give a full 5 star review is because of the noise that echoes down the halls and through the walls, to include neighbors living above your unit. In our case, we have a neighbor above us with feet of thunder. Perhaps the builders could’ve kept noise insulation a priority during construction. Will absolutely consider renewing our lease.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe love living at the Heights for the modern amenities in the apartments, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, and the outstanding maintenance crew. The apartments and grounds are well maintained, and its a very dog friendly environment. Being walking distance to a grocery store, vet, Walgreens and several great restaurants is also a plus.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI could not rave enough about our experience at The Heights. We are so grateful to be living at such an amazing complex. Dana, Taylor, and Amari are all INCREDIBLE at what they do and go above and beyond every day to make residents feel happy, safe, and heard. Every month they spend extra time and effort in planning and hosting multiple community events to allow residents to meet and enjoy social activities.
Any minor issue or suggestion that is brought to the team’s attention is genuinely heard and swiftly dealt with. Both Josue and Johnny are incredible maintenance professionals and also great people. There are very few issues with the appliances in our unit, but maintenance requests are handled promptly and without any issue. Additionally, the complex is kept in immaculate condition thanks to the work of the amazing cleaners that can be seen around the community every day.

The location is fantastic and the views are beautiful, we have a pool and a very nice and big gym. I’ve been living here for 3 years now and it’s been good

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOutside furniture are weathered you can only use the pool from 12pm to 7pm. Other than that is a nice place, has a lot of amenities and restaurants and grocery store is right across the street.
