When we moved in it was better than par but now it is in the Double Bogie range using golf scoring.
1. Dead grass areas because of Dog waste.
2. Bushes that have grown out of their area and into the road blocking views.
3. Night lighting that no longer works or in need of repair.
4. Cross walk area that is not ramped.
5. Cars many with expired state license plates and inspection stickers.
6. Halls not vacuumed on a regular basis.
7. Trash cans left out for days in the hallway.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLove the location and shopping center across the street. Neighbors are very friendly, as well as, the staff and maintenance. Ample. parking. Common areas are generally spotless. Love the safety of packages in the hub and mailroom. Great place.

The Community is very clean and quiet, and the staff at the front desk makes living here so fun.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesFrom when I first moved here and now actually living here 6 months, my review from almost 5 stars.. has now gone down to 3 in a half. When it comes to the overall maintenance of keeping the community clean and well taken care of with the amazing maintenance staff they have, who we appreciate is not the issue. The issue is..the insulation within the apartment complex and how easily you can hear everything and everyone..wether it’s down the hallway, your surrounding neighbors, the constant construction noises, and work trucks passing through at any time of day and night is the most frustrating part about living here. Our neighbors upstairs walk REALLY loudly. You know exactly what room they’re in or what room they’re walking to. This isn't normal. The walking shakes our ceiling, scares our dogs, and goes on late into the night. It’s affecting the overall quality of our life style which has been challenging.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI can't seem to find any other community that compares to The Heights, I have been a resident since 2019 and I just love coming home to a clean, welcoming setting. Situated right in between Ashburn and Leesburg, shopping is close by, work is just a stone's throw away and the community is quiet, respectful and overall kind. I really like living here and I highly recommend the community to anyone from working professionals to retirees, it is just great.
